This work is one of my collages, using layers of paper, watercolor pieces and an x-acto blade. This is still one of my favorite pieces, inspired by a personal experience, a long time ago at this point, it is a piece that many people find the can connect with.
These two images are inspired by my time spent in Philadelphia and also it’s contrast to the Pocono Mountains where I spend a lot of my time with family.
Caught, is a handmade book, inspired by a dreamcatcher. It folds up, and has 8 “pages” held in with beads. The pages are filled with simple illustrations of recurring dreams from different stages of childhood and adolescence.
